baby proofing and securing furniture

So it's time to start securing our furniture! We really only have his change table in his room which is easy to do and then our TV.

My question is, how do you secure your tv? We have it on a TV stand but it isn't really close to the wall. It's a 50" tv so it definitely needs to be secured, I'm just not sure how to do it. It sits in the corner so one side is on one wall and the other side is on the other wall if that makes sense. It isn't flush with one wall and it can't be. That is the only place it can go.

Any suggestions?

I would eventually also secure dressers, bookshelves, etc...just in case you end up with a climber.
