So I love Caleb for a naneLove the sound, love the meaning. DH detests it though, he says its too biblical seriously?! but really he's just been a naysayer with bames this time around! Any suggestions for other names to consider?
I've also liked Gavin and our DD is Cadence Elaine. We like unique but not crazy names with good meaning.

    I like Caleb too but it is pretty biblical and husband said the same thing. He nixed Jacob for the same reason. Gavin is a great alternate. What about Ethan?

    I have never liked Caleb, but I don't think it's a bad name.  I do think of the Bible but maybe only because the person I know used it did so because of that.

    I don't mind Caleb, but I don't like it with Cadence.  They're too similar sounding.

    I think Gavin is fantastic- what does your husband think of that name?
