Family vacation

I'd really like to do something fun with DH and DD this summer. I had considered driving to San Antonio (7 hour drive ) in June for a few days, but just not sure. Sea World is there and that would be neat, but I'm wondering if DD is too young for it and if we should wait until next year. We are going to Florida in July for a week with my immediate family, but I would like to get away for a little while with the three of us. Anyone planning a family vacation this summer?

We are doing our usual trip, a cabin and then going to a water park hotel. We are going to Iowa for a couple of days in May and probably a short trip into Wisconsin to visit relatives. Oliver is going to Chicago in August.
