daycare in St Paul

Are there any daycares in St Paul where you can drop off kids when the primary daycare provider is closed for a day? I'm looking for a backup daycare that I can take my two kids to just for Thursday. My family is new to the St Paul area and in the past we have always had a friend or family member watch our kids when our primary daycare is closed, but this time is short notice...well actually we were told about the date daycare is closed, but forgot because last week DH and I had both of our parents watching the kids when our previous daycare in Savage bailed on us on our last week.

My daughter currently goes to a New Horizon and I believe they do drop in care and have locations all over the Metro.

If Woodbury isn't too far, I know there is a Bright Horizons there that only does back-up child care. You could also check to see if there was a BH closer to you. Our work has a back-up child care benefit through them - I saw a poster for it at work, alon
