So, I had my monthly midwife appointment today. I found out at my ultrasound that I have placenta previa and will need another u/s in four weeks or so. Currently, I'm not on bed rest, but if I bleed at all I'm on bed rest as of that minute. I'm honestly not worried about it. I haven't bleed this entire pregnancy.

Then, there's this news: I have "strange antibodies" in my blood, yeast problems, and my baby is measuring slightly on the larger side. All signs point to GD. The MW said I should still test at 28 weeks but the likelihood is higher.

Anyone have experience with GD?

    Booooooo - I hope the placenta moves out of the way, Seriously, who has time for bedrest with two wee ones at home? Pffft! And GD? Hopefully those signs are just your body playing with you.

    I'm worried about it, I hate hate hate needles and inductions. Plus, mixed with the placenta thing, I'm afraid they could induce even earlier? Not sure.

    Sorry Rachey :(  Hopefully all those things are independent of the other and don't amount to GD.

    I have strange antibodies too.  Well, really it's Big E antibodies and no one knows where they came from.  The only concern is anemia
