Weaning Advice

It's been a while since I have been on here, so sorry to bring it up if this was talked about recently.  

I am still breastfeeding, but would like to be done by the time we hit her first birthday (5/23).  I will be fine with still pumping some after that point, but not too much longer.  Right now she gets 5 milk feedings a day, and usually 1 or 2 are bottles and I nurse the other times.  I know that the first and last feedings of the day will be the hardest to switch to bottles.  Does anyone have advice for weaning and how long I should take to do it?  

Also, how did you go about cutting out pumping sessions?  For the most part, I still pump when she gets a bottle.

    Our pedi told me to replace a feeding with a sippy cup every 2 weeks. I haven't pumped in a long time, but I would guess you could either drop a pumping session or nursing every 2 weeks. I'm not sure but she may have recommend two weeks in between because

    When I weaned Nathan I was down to pumping once a day and I just started by replacing one feeding a day with a cup or meal we up it every two weeks. I did not pump to replace those feedings. The last to go where nap and bed and I replaced those with a b
