So at a get together the other night I noticed one of the new mom friends disappeared to breastfeed for 45 mins every couple hours. Everyone there was close friends but she was the first one who had a baby. It got me thinking about whether she prefers this or whether she's worried about other people.
I'm not sure I will feel the need to isolate myself but then again I wouldnt want to make anyone uncomfortable. What do you ladies plan to do around friends and family?

I went to a different room usually. I did nurse in front of my husband and sister. It was more for my comfort than anyone else's.
We'll see with this one!
Also, it only took DD 10 minutes or so to nurse. If she took 45, I
I breastfed with a cover around close friends and family. I have a good friend that always goes into another room because she isn't comfortable doing it infront of friends/famly (even with a cover).

Also,
