I would like to attempt Ferber method when my DS is old enough but the thing is I only need to do it for naps on the weekends...so I am wondering if that would even work because during the week, he naps at daycare so they do their thing and I don't really have to deal with it. And night time is not an issue...he drinks his last bottle and is basically already asleep by the time the bottle is finished and gets laid right down and he stays down with no issues.
So really, its only naps and only the weekends. I just wonder if this is too infrequent and that if he would just forget the training during the week and i'd have to keep starting over every weekend.
Hopefully that made sense. It would just be so nice for weekend naps to be able to lay him down awake to take a decent nap.
Re: Ferber for naps only...not night time...question?
great to know, i wouldnt have thought that scenario would have been covered. i def plan to read it first.
