Ground beef, what to make

I took out ground beef to make for dinner tonight but I'm stuck on what to make. I was going to make tacos but we don't have all the fixings. Anyone have any suggestions?

    We make empanadas which are yummy.  But you would need to get the crust/dough from the grocery store.  You just brown the meat with peppers and onions add some garlic powder adobo and cumin.  Then add this to the crust, fold over and close

    Yeah, I'm thinking burgers, we have tasty rolls in the freezer that we can use for sliders. 

    @jwildin what kind of dough do you use for empanadas? Ive never made them before. I'll have to pick it up and try it next time.

    Its made by goya and is our freezer section.  I am pretty sure it is just called frozen empanada dough.  It almost looks like a small frozen tortilla shell but it is dough

    Haha I know, I'm in a fog lately and can't think of anything. I always make the usual tacos, burgers, spaghetti, meatloaf, so I was looking for something different I guess. I'm not creative whatsoever with cooking.

    I can give you a good recipe for meatloaf if you'd like and it usually leaves leftovers that you can use for lunches or a 2nd dinner later in the week :)

    Add some seasoning to it and make skillet hamburgers. Do you have bacon? Bacon cheeseburgers! Toast some bread put a little butter on it and use that for buns

    we had tacos, but I didn't have enough tortillas so DH and I had lettuce wraps and DD1 had the tortillas!
