I don't think we're quite there, but V is showing some signs of readiness. She almost always tells us when she's pooped, and occasionally tells us before she needs to go. She likes sitting on her potty, but has only peed in it once. I'm not going to push it--she'll do it when she's ready. But just wondering if anyone else is doing it or thinking about it, and if you had any tips or want to share what method you're using.
Re: Anyone potty training?
Womancake! Welcome back lady! Violet is beautiful.
We haven't even tried potty training with Jack yet but I can tell when he poops because he stops whatever he's doing, bends his knees and grunts, then goes back to playing. It's too cute! <
We haven't thought much about it. She doesn't even have a potty or seat yet.. But I have been looking at them, so that will come soon.
Shes interested in the potty and shows a couple of other signs, but I still don't think she's ready
"What did my fingers do before they held you? What did my heart do with it's love?"
He is still in a diaper, but I have some really cute training pants
No PTing here. J isn't showing any of the signs. We can tell when he pooped, but he rarely tells us. We won't get any PTing help from DCP until he's in the 2s room, so no time soon.
In fact, at this point, we still shoo

We're planning on starting this summer. I've read methods of having them go bottomless a lot and that would be much easier when it is warm out.
Currently we've been reading potty books and talking about it a lot. She actually pooped in the toilet
I plan on getting her a potty chair soon. She learned how to say poop (caca in Spanish) a few weeks ago and she will usually say it either before of after the poops or pees lol. I'm trying to teach her to say peepee so she knows the difference. I won't
HeII to the no!
He's very curious about the toilet, we got him a potty chair that he likes to sit on, but no, he is so not ready. This is not even on my radar for 2013!
