Can I come in?
While I?m not exactly at the TTC point just yet I thought I should stop stalking this board and actually introduce myself. So, hi! Here's a bit of my story: DH and I were ttc for a bit when we received our MFI diagnosis and given no real chance to conceive naturally. His sperm does not know how to swim forward. Without a road map it gets confused?awesome, I know. IUI?s 1-4 all failed. We took some time to re-group and get things ?in order? before doing IVF this past December. We transferred two ?ok? quality embryos and were actually a bit shocked (and thrilled) to find out that both embryos took. Pregnancy was somewhat smooth sailing with minimal morning sickness. My biggest challenge was brushing my teeth. It didn?t matter what toothpaste I used or how I brushed. I seemed to gag and get sick almost every time I brushed my teeth. It was what it was though. Anyway, moving forward to the nitty gritty?at 15w4d I pProm?ed with baby A. After numerous consults with a variety of doctors and holding out hope for a miracle baby A?s cord prolapsed at 17w3d my cervix was dilating. Both babies were delivered naturally March 25 at 17w6d. That was 2w2d?s ago.
Yesterday I scheduled a ?re-consult? with our RE for mid-May. I know that I?m nowhere near emotionally healed right now but the idea of having to wait 6-8 weeks for a consult with our RE once I am ready doesn?t feel right. Who knows?I may be ready for a FET at that appt.

I also had a 2nd trimester twin loss. I was told to wait 6 months before trying again although that seems to be on the longer side compared to most.
