Babies: 6 - 9 Months

Reflux Moms???

Is there any sleep training that you can/should do with baby who refluxes?  Also, my DD is sleeping in her carseat and has now started screaming in it when we use it for trips.  (Short term screaming and then does fine), but I was wondering if there is anything that I can use inside the crib for her to sleep that would help her?

  • We used a crib wedge to elevate our baby's head based on our pediatrician's recommendation.  I can't remember the exact name but they are readily available at stores (I believe I purchased ours at Babies R Us).  I hope that this helps your

  • I just put a pillow under his mattress at one end, and a rolled up towel in a U shape to keep him from slipping down, underneath the fitted sheet.

  • ds slept in the rock n play until 5 months old.  the transition to the crib was rough.  as it turned out, ds prefers sleeping on his tummy.  i never put him to sleep on his tummy, but as soon as i put him down he rolls over.

  • We incline the crib and use a Tucker Sling to keep him up on the incline.  He also sleeps on his tummy and STTN 80-85% of the time.
