  Not sure about the engorgement, but ibuprofen and Tylenol are both safe while breastfeeding. Just no aspirin.

  Engorged breasts are way bigger and harder than your boobs normally are, like rock hard. You might have a clogged duct or mastitis. Just try and express some milk out, let them get some air, and remember to change your breast pads frequently. And Lanolin!

  Thank u. Just pumped so my husband can give a bottle and I can sleep. Been sick and had diaohrea tonight. Totally exhausted.

  You probably have mastitis. Get to a Dr. before it gets worse, because trust me it will get SOOOO painful if you leave it. I left mine for a couple days, because it was only "kinda sore" and I had to get antibiotics through IV because the pills weren't
