would you let your inlaws spend a weekend at your place without you present and over a 1000 miles away? DH is making me feel like a crazy person for not being ok with this.

ETA there is 4 of them. Dad, 2 brothers age 20 and 13, sister age 10 and we live in a two bedroom apartment

I don't feel comfortable letting anyone staying at my place when I'm not there. Also, my in-laws are extremely nosy and have NO boundaries so there is no way I'd leave them at my house unattended.

I would totally let my IL stay at our place. But we get along really well and I completely trust them. It would also be cleaner than when I left. :

If it were just my ILs and they had a guest room to stay in then I would say yes, especially since I know my MIL would clean everything while she was there lol.
