PSA: Mspi safe baby snack

Plum Organics makes a snack called Little Cremes which a like a version of a yogurt melt but they are made with rice milk! I got them at target but I am sure they are sold other places as well.

    Happy Baby makes similar snacks with coconut milk called Happy Creamies. They are tasty and I steal them from DS all the time ;)

    I cant believe I never knew about these things! I guess I am just so quick to avoid anything that says cream ect.... I just wrote them off before even looking at the ingredients.
