What do you consider a natural child birth? With my DD, I had no epidural but later found out that I was given pitocin. I am kind of ticked lately because I took pride in what I thought was a "natural delivery".
Also, any moms out there that have denied pitocin or plan on denying it?

It's pretty common to be given pitocin after delivery. Even the very low-intervention hospital where I had DD administers it routinely to help reduce post-partum bleeding.
I wouldn't get too upset about it. I had it and very much needed it.<b

Technically, I would say a natural birth is without any medical intervention or assistance, whether it be pain meds/induction/IV drips/forceps etc etc etc I think the location is completely irrelevant.
