Spinning

Has anybody participated in spinning or biking in to their last month before delivery? I have high hopes that I can and just curious of all other mommies experiences. I'm currently 20w and teach spinning 34x a week...still no discomfort, just changes in intensity and height of handlebars! Thx!

    I'm not in my last month (I am 25 weeks) but spin 2-3 times each week and still feel great!  One of my instructors told me she had a woman in her class spin the week she gave birth! I am hoping that I can follow in her footsteps...

    I had to stop right at the end of 7 months. My back started hurting. But up until then I just kept an eye on my heart rate and modified as needed. Good luck!

    Interesting. Thx! 34 weeks is a great run. That's about my goal. I heard of the belly getting in the way. I plan to turn to only step master if I can't comfortably spin. Right now I rotate the two.

    I was moderating at 140 bc that's the old school way. Now I dont use a monitor as of 6 weeks ago and just be sure I can talk and teach. I am 20w5d now. If you can't talk while working out while pregnant you're not moderating exercise for your body and ta

    I'm a spinning instructor too and I'm planning on teaching until June 1st.....About 32 weeks....I'm measuring ahead and I also work a full time job.....I'm ok too. I do wear my HR monitor during my classes.
