Remind me of the no-no's. I'm in such a fog (thank you Lupron) and can't remember anything.
I start stims this Friday with ER tentatively set for the week of 4/22. I've already reduced caffeine to one cup/day. No alcohol. What else?
What did you do for relaxation? Massage? Before ET? After ET? I remember all of this being posted on the IF board when I was doing my IVF for DD but that was 3 years ago and I just don't remember.
How long did you do bedrest after ET? My clinic says 24 hours bed rest then 48 of taking it easy. They even give me a valium before ET.
Any other helpful tips that I'm not thinking of because my brain is all mushy. TIA!
BTW, lupron sucks. Just sucks.
Re: Tips for upcoming ER/ET?

start with the Gatorade and soups the night before ER and don't stop!!!
also - my advice, when you go for ET, don't overfill your bladder. I did this and it made for some miserable time waiting to pee
