Please tell me I'm not alone in this phase :(

Just this week LO wants daddy only.  He is 11 months old and every time we are all together in a room he is reaching for daddy.  I go to take him and he hugs daddy.  

I'm telling myself it's because I spend every morning with him and half the time at night.  So he sees me more, but it's killing me.   I know this may seem silly but it breaks my heart.  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE that he loves his daddy, but what am I, chopped liver :(

    This has yet to happen to me but it is just the opposite. My husband gets upset because my daughter sometimes will not even make eye contact with him yet she cannot wait to look at me.

    I think it is just a phrase... I wouldn't worry too much b

    Totally completely normal.  DS was in a phase like that starting at about a year.  Now I am definitely the favorite (he's 3.5).  He is literally glued to my side or in my lap at all times.

    My first two were and still are mommas boys , never wanted anything to do with daddy . This one LOVES his daddy. Started at about 3 months , he is now 10 months . I have to literally pry him out of daddy's hands .

    our DD is nearly 11 months old, and is in a 'daddy' phase, she had a 'mommy' phase around 4 months old. so now i know how he felt then, now that she doesn't want me at all.

    My LO went thru this phase at 11 months too. Someone told me it was right before he would start walking which I found to be true. My LO would actually cry when my dh left for work. I felt like chopped liver.

    Mine is this way also! Hes almost 10 months. He knows Daddy plays hard with him I supposed. He'll even turn away from a kiss from if he's being held by him. I'm a little bitter LOL but just trying to be grateful he has a great Daddy!! When he wants me he'
