I feel like being judgy today

I have this coworker that recently started with us. She dresses a hot mess every day, and I have no clue why nobody has ever spoken to her about the way she dresses.

Her outfit today? She's wearing a see through blouse, a pink and green sparkly bra, and what looks like a white tennis skirt that's unbelievably short. She also has snake skin print stilettos on.

Keep in mind, our dress code is business casual, which of course none of the times listed above fall into.

I wonder what she thinks when she looks in the mirror.

    Send her an e-mail with the dress code attached and some examples of what is and isnt appropirate. Just say it was a heads up before she got in trouble. BUT if it were me, I wouldnt and would continue to watch and see if they can get any worse than the da

    Ewww. She probably thinks she looks sexy. What she doesn't realize is that everyone else is thinking she belongs on a street corner somewhere.

    My coworkers and I would probably laugh about her daily! At least it is entertaining! It's like "People of Walmart" for the office!

    If it bugs you nearly as much as it bugs me to see people dressed inappropriatly at work, I would go to HR. I don't see any reason why you need to say anything to her at all. Unless you work in HR?

    We have several people here who wear against dress code things. I was passive aggressive and asked HR when we were authorized to wear those things. Shortly after that, an e-mail went out to the company.

    I find your post more observant than judgey.  I wonder where she worked previously that makes her think she's dressing appropriately.

    maybe you could give her a heads up politely, just stating that a higher-up might complain or have a problem with it.

    I work for a surf brand clothing company, so we have absolutely zero dress code and anything goes here. Working with a lot of younger employees, I have seen it all. But I haven't seen anything like what you described! Who would think this is ever appro
