Anyone know what this could be?

My DD is almost 3 weeks old and a couple of days ago I noticed that she has what looks like baby acne. I know it's normal and didn't think anything of it.
Now though, she has what looks like a red rash that goes across her nose and under each eye with little red bumps in it and the skin is oily feeling and swollen. It almost feels like a bone going from one side to the next it's so hard. It doesn't seem to bother her when I touch it and she hasn't been extra fussy but I'm a little concerned about it.
Does anyone know what it could be? I haven't called her dr office yet bc they usually tell you a nurse is in a room and will call you back, which they do at the end of the day. And I don't want to take her in for nothing so I thought I'd start here. TIA for any info!

I personally would call due to it being hard. It probably is nothing but for your own peace of mind and because she is so little I would call.
That would frustrate me about when you call. If you aren't happy with their service I would look
