XP: This is actually happening!

So after the craziness of our appointment yesterday our RE finally came in and suddenly things started going the way they should. The front office staff and financial coordinator are complete idiots but I love the medical staff and our RE so that makes up for it.

She said that from my last ultrasound, my lining and ute look pretty good and she doesn't have any concerns with that. My right ovary doesn't look too promising with only 1 follicle and it's VERY small for my age but she atributed that to the fact that the right was completely in the radiation field. My left she said looked better, having a AFC of 5-8, while still smaller than normal she is hopeful that this will be where we will get our eggs from.

Plus, I have the beginning of our protocol!! I'm not sure if the name is correct so check me on that. I'm guessing it's the EPP Antagonist? I'm to call on CD1, which will be this weekend Surprise I think they will do an ultrasound and blood work but I'm not positive. She wants me to start Vivelle and progesterone. I asked why progesterone and she said that she normally uses bcp but they are processed through the liver and she doesn't want to make that a factor with my FNH.

I will be using Femara, Bravelle (starting at 225/day), Menopur (starting at 225/day), Ganirelix as well as a growth hormone and low dose Dexamethasone. Is that the right name for this protocol? What is everyone's experience with it? Any comments are welcome! I'm super nervous all of a sudden.

I forgot to mention, DH was able to do the cryo we planned on even though they thought he was a no show. They didn't draw his blood though so I know he has to go back. They dropped the ball on that one.

AND...Holly, the financial coordinator, I just need to say one more time is an idiot. She didn't send our info to attain yet so still don't have an answer on whether we qualify. I'll update everyone on that in my blog if anyone is interested.
