My son will be 18 months when the baby is born. We now have his room and a toy room. I'm not sure what will be the best decision. Do I let them share a room to keep the toy room or give them their individual rooms and lose the toy room? What would you do?

DS has a play room and a bedroom. We're going to lose the play room. But DS is 10 and I think he needs his own space. He wouldn't want to share a room with a newborn.
