I'm looking for something my LO can on/off himself... not flip flops. Something with toe coverage. Last year we did Crocs, which are great but I can't seem to find a pair for less than $30!
Stride Rite has some good options, though they are more than 30. I got some at an outlet for 29. If you want cheaper then try Target. They have cute styles for much less.
If you have a croc or stride rite outlet nearby I always see crocs for $20 and they seem to always have a buy one get one 50% off sale going on. I love crocs for water play, but I like the Keen style for every day summer play.
Every summer I have ordered DS a pair of Crocs. He loves them. He calls them his alligator shoes. He can easily put them on and take them off. They are great because he doesn't have to wear socks with them. If they get dirty you can just hose them off. I
