"Purchased" Items from Target Registry?

So I got my completion coupon from Target in the mail today and logged on to see what I might want off my registry. I basically just created this registry for the completion coupon so I could buy stuff myself; I haven't shared it with anyone. So it was a surprise for me to see that three of the items have been marked as "purchased"! I haven't logged on since I created it, and can't seem to find a way to see WHEN they were purchased or by WHOM. And I haven't received these items. My mom threw my shower back at Christmas, and I did not get them physically at the shower. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know if there is a way to get that information?

    There was something wrong with my registry. It shows up that I got four or five duplicate items, which I never recieved! Like people were checking things off they never purchased! I didn't get one duplicate item unless someone bought the wrong size and so

    Same thing happened to me, I received my completion coupon and looked at my registry only to find out that some items had been mysteriously added. Like size 2 diapers...which I did not register for. The items that said "purchased" but I didn't received I

    We were just talking about our registry last night and I was looking over it.  Some of the things we registered for disappeared when I haven't deleted them.  Also, DH and I were wondering when we could expect our Target completion coupon.

    We have been dealing with a similar experience with Target's baby registry.  Only a few weeks after I had completed my registry and before I had even planned a date for my shower, the crib and changing table had been marked as purchased on our registry.  Our in laws had planned on buying us the furniture so they were disappointed.  I did call Target (the 1-800 #) to verify that it was indeed purchased, they said yes, in store.  Today is December 18, we still have no crib, we already had my shower, and everyone we know as far as family and friends have purchased us something.  So I called the 800 # again and stopped in store to attempt to resolve this as we also had the dresser purchased for us, which we received over a month ago, a still no answers what happened.  They suggested we buy the crib and changing table and return the others if and when they arrive, no freaking way!  So my husband is now p'd off at Target and we took the dresser back last night and are shopping elsewhere for our furniture.  Good luck ladies, the regular gifts were ok, but they also could have a thank you portion so you can figure out what is from whom!
