BFP and due date is DS's bday!!!

Got a very faint BFP this morning and my due date will be DS's birthday. We are so excited to be expecting #2! Yay for December babies!

If I'm honest (which thankfully I can be with you ladies), I am freaking out a bit though because I went part-time at work from about August of last year until this week. Apparently, I have to wait a whole calendar year from the date of return to FT to get paid maternity leave. So instead of 6 weeks paid, I get nada. So sorta freaking out that this was an irresponsible financial decision, but then feeling guilty that I would be worried about that Day 1.

Also, hope DS doesn't mind sharing (or nearly sharing a bday)!

I'm also very nervous about this stuff, so still don't quite believe it, so I'm sure I'll be taking a digital later today or in the morning - last time I wouldn't let myself get into celebration mode until I saw the word "PREGNANT". :-)

congrats! I think it would very cool to have a birthday near a sibling! Especially as adults they will hard pressed to forget each other's birthdays

Congrats from a mommy of two December kids! Mine were supposed to be 4 days apart but ended up 11 days apart. It makes for a fun and busy December! Congrats again!

Don't fret the dates being so close together! DD and DS have birthdays 19 days apart (was suppose to be a smaller split than that but I was induced slightly early)... It actually is nice having the birthdays

Congratulations!! That is so awesome for you! My brother and sister's birthdays are 9 days apart. It makes getting together with them for their birthday easy!
