  Right before 5.  DS just hit 40lbs at the time.    He has a sensory issue and getting him in safe in the 5pt wasn't working anymore.  He is in the graco turbo highback.

  I don't plan to put her in a booster seat until about 5, maybe 6. She's currently in the 5pt harness in a Graco Nautilus and we'll convert that to a high back booster when she's ready.

  My oldest (7 1/2) is in a car seat/booster.... He is tall, but only about 60 pounds, so he is still in a 5 pt harness (straps are right above his shoulders), but when he gains about 10 more pounds we will have to switch him to using the seat belt.  M

  She will be at least 5. I can't see her being mature enough before then.
