Really confused

So for the last 2 nights DD has gone to bed and woke up at the 45-50 min mark. She has never done this before, ever. Not even when she was a newborn. So I am just not sure what you are to do? or if something is wrong? I have not changed anything in her bedtime routine, so I am pretty confused? I am just hoping maybe it's a fluke and it will pass. Who knows, babies are very unpradictable.

    I've read about other moms dealing with what they call the 45 minute intruder. Maybe that's what it is? Sounds like the baby will only sleep for 45 minutes and then always wake up once the time has passed.

    45 minutes sounds like it could be a problem transitioning from light sleep cycle to a deeper sleep cycle. Probably due to development going on with LO and will resolve itself in time.

    Although you said you haven't changed anything in her bedtime routine, was there a change in the time you started the routine, ie, was it earlier than her usual bedtime?

    DS will wake up at the 45 min mark once in a blue moon - it usually happens
