My 20 month old tripped over her feet around 10:15 this morning and really hit her head good on the hard floor. She started crying immediately and it swelled WAY up and bruised. I put ice on it for a while and the swelling went down quite a bit. She has acted and eaten normally since then, playing and having a snack and lunch. But she hasn't taken a nap yet (she usually takes one around 11 so I didn't want to put her down for one at that point just in case). But, then about 40 minutes ago she puked a little while she was laying down watching a movie. I don't know if it is related or not, but I am wondering what others think? I called her dr office but of course had a leave a message and am still waiting to hear back....
