Did/Do You Have PCOS?

My cycle has been fantastic since having N. I've been regular down to the hour. Then this month, nothing. I'm 5 days late. Not pregnant. I guess I thought that after having N that my PCOS would go away. I called the doc yesterday and she told me to start back up on Metformin to try and regulate everything out again since that really helped before. We're not going to TTC for another few months, but I really thought that it would be easier this time around.

I don't know why I'm so irrationally sad about this--I kept thinking that my cycle was so on the ball now, so when we want to TTC maybe it won't take us another 3 1/2 years.

If you had PCOS, do you have any words of wisdom? Anyone currently dealing with the same thing?

I just had my first PP AF 2.5 weeks ago, so I don't know yet how regular (or not) I may be. I am not going back on BCPs, though. We're charting to avoid and using condoms.
