What have your kids tried that you thought for sure they would dislike but actually loved? Something you wouldn't guess a toddler would eat.
For example - There's not much my kids won't at least try but DS loves saurkraut and both DS & DD gobble up coleslaw.

Salsa. DD2 gets her own bowl at restaurants b/c she eats so much of it, even if it's on the spicy side.
Asparagus.
Hard-boiled eggs. She loved eating the eggs we made for Easter.

He likes beets and pomegranate seeds.
He loves frozen peas, as in still frozen.
He loves hummus too. Really, he'll eat any dip.
My kid likes spicy food and loves all of the veggies kids are supposed to hate - asparagus, broccoli, beans etc. - and shellfish.
Oh yeah, and olives too!

He loves salad, even without dressing. He'd be happy munching on iceberg lettuce if I let him. He also likes coleslaw.
He also loves sour things, like lemons and limes. He loves to drink water with a slice of lemon in it.
