I don't think there's one right answer. I never had heavy pp bleeding, but many moms do. I'd buy a smallish pack of Overnight pads (with wings, ideally), then another pack of Heavy flow pads, and a third of regular flow pads. The Heavy & Regular can be

LO was born 6 days ago and my bleeding has almost subsided but I know it varied person to person. I found the posie brand overnights work the best. The don't bunch up when you have a lot of bleeding like other pads do
I agree with there not being one right answer. They are giving me some in the hospital right now that are large and amazing (along with the best invention ever, which is mesh underwear). Last time when I got home I had my husband buy really bulky pads for

I bought the biggest Always jumbo maxi pads I could find. They were the closest to the ones they showed us in childbirth class, so that's what I chose. I made padsicles with half of them and they are sitting in my freezer. Yay!
definitely Always Infinity Overnight pads!!!!! with my first everybody on The Bump kept saying to just get the mondo, thick pads and I HATED them. I would rather change the Always pad twice as often and not feel as gross, personally.

Before I was pregnant I liked Always Infinity pads because of their absorption and they don't feel like a bulky diaper. I will stock up on the overnight sized ones.
I gave birth Sunday. I took all of the pads from the hospital and will use them until I run out. After that ill probably just use the Always pads I have already, and/or maybe a thin pad.
My bleeding has not been bad. I could probably even drop do

Contrary to almost everyone, I HATED the Always Infinity pads with DS1. They were too stiff and would buckle and push against my stitches from where I had a tear. I liked the hospital pads and recently heard that the Stayfree overnight pads are most li
They are basically like pantyhose with the legs cut off, only stretchy-er. They aren't incredibly supportive, but since they are disposable you don't have to worry about leaking on them. The other amazing thing that they give you at the hospit
I had a lot of bleeding after my first with clots. Second was not too bad. Think drinking red Rasberry tea helped with bleeding no being too bad. Started drinking a cup a day few days before due date and then after giving birth 2-3 cups a day. Helps with
