diono car seat

I just purchased the diono radian RXT car seat for my 4 month old.  Because this car seat is pricey, my husband and I were planning to leave the car seat at daycare as we have been with the infant car seat.  (to avoid having to buy 2 car seats, one for each vehicle)  However, I'm worried that installing the car seat everyday will get tiresome and frustrating.  Anyone have experience with this car seat and the installation?

    Yall are nuts. It would be the biggest PITA to install every day. It take me almost an hour to properly install one of our Diono's. I'm really anal though. I would save your pennies and maybe get on of the cheaper models like the r100 or r120 for DH's car

    This is just not going to work in the long run.  Think about it.  In the morning you'll have to take the baby out, walk into daycare, come back out and uninstall and bring it in.  Same thing in evening but in reverse.  Add in crappy we

    I would go to Walmart and pick up a evenflo tribute or a scerena for the other vehicle.  They are about $50.  They are good seats.  My older two road in one of each when they were younger.

    Current set up in my van for my brood.  We just took guardian ship of two.

    Honda Odyssey 8 passenger.  I have the passenger side seat removed for access to the back row.

    It's a great seat, and easy install for a convertible type seat... But as pp said, you won't want to be installing every day. I would spend the money now on another radian because buying any other seat won't last you as long and you'll be making multiple

    Thanks for the advice! I ended up buying a Radion R100 for the second vehicle. This is our first child and we plan to have more, so I figured why not?
