Working moms- how is DC going?

I know a few people went back to work recently. How is it going? Have you seen a change in LO being around other babies?

I think DD enjoys seeing other kids and watching. She is a great observer and can sit for long times just watching others. I know that if I was a SAHM she would not get interaction with other kids like she does now.

Also, we are in a good routine. I thought for SURE my afternoon nap would go away having a baby. I get up at 4:45 and am home by 2:30 and am so tired, but DD loves to nap from 3-5pm! I know it won't be like that forever, so I am happy that I can still get some afternoon zzzzs before dinner and night routine!

    I've been back to work since February 5 (I only got 6 weeks off, which was unexpected).  My son does great at DC, they adore him there (he is the youngest baby), he DC teacher looks forward to seeing him every day.

    faye loves daycare, as far as i can tell lol. her schedule hasnt changed much, except she only naps an hour or so the whole day. usually in 2 smaller naps. then we come home and eat and she takes a lateafternoon/evening nap. we are moving back to the east

    We love our new nanny so far. Previously LO had been at daycare since the 2nd week of February but got kicked out of that one a week and a half ago and then got kicked out of the 2nd one we tried after a week... apparently 4 month old babies are "too much
