So I know to look for the active ingredients of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. However, the sunscreen I have with that (Banana Boat baby I think) is thick, like crisco thick, and almost impossible to rub into his skin.
Are all the sunscreens with those ingredients that hard to rub in? I'm worried daycare won't apply as well as they should because it's so hard to spread and rub in, and because he throws a fit when we put it on.
Re: S/O Sunscreen, a ?
Do they make a spray version? Or a stick version?
i need to go read my labels.
Also- when L was in daycare, they wanted them to use the bull frog version to keep off bugs as well.
I have no id
They do tend to be thick and white and hard to rub in....but there are some brands that go on easier and are still healthy and safe.

I just bought Babyganics. It has Octinoxate, octisalate and zinc oxide as the active ingredients and scores a 2 on the ewg list.
I just tried putting some on G for the first time and it isn't too thick and rubs in easily. I got it at Targe

I use the Neutrogena brand baby sunblock, with those ingredients. Its definitely thick and creamy, and it does rub in.
