To moo, or not to moo? That is the question

I'm torn about giving cow's milk to LO or giving alternatives. I have a feeling I am going to give her a combination of things like organic milk (cow/goat) and other healthy fats/calcium rich sources. During my research I found this holistic nutrition blog entry. I thought it had some good ideas for nutritious foods for 1 year olds
