I was wondering what will I do on leave. I have DS, so in thinking of planning day trips and getting out and walking. I can't wait to take naps again! Lol
How are you spending leave?
I'm really happy that this LO is coming in the summer, it's going to make leave much more fun! We have lots of parks around us, and a wonderful free waterpark about 15 minutes away. I hope to get the kids out of the house and enjoying the summer! We are a
This baby is my first, so mostly I think I'll be overwhelmed with basic newborn care. But I'm really looking forward to taking walks with the baby and the dog before/after the heat of the day, and not wearing jeans until September. We're hoping to take a
I can't wait to use my baby to make some neighbourhood friends. We moved a year ago but I haven't had a reason to hang out at the local park without looking creepy. I'm excited to have an ice breaker.
In my head, maternity leave will consist of long walks with the stroller, getting my prepregnancy body back, and finishing a novel that I started writing.
I have a feeling that the impending reality check will be painful.
I want to start a garden with my other two. My oldest will start preschool in September so I plan on getting him on a good schedule for that. Other than that just have some fun!
Moving into our new house, gardening, farmers market with lo and my BFF and her baby, loooong walks, and running when dh can watch her. I have a couple races I'm registered for at the end of the summer.
I have to say I'm excited to take the baby and DS on outings. My husband has early work hours so that will be nice during the warmer days. I too have to pump and freeze for when the party is over lol, so I'll be working that out also.

This is my first, so I am sure there will be lots of quality time snuggling at home and figure out our routine. Since I only get 6 weeks, I do want to try to get in as many walks, outings, and exercise as I can so I feel I make the most of my time with

I want to do three things: 1. not wear real pants 2. take baby on walks on nice days around our neighborhood and 3. snuggle with him lots and lots and lots. Thats all I have planned with baby But I am excited for it to just be SUMMER finally too - gril
I hope it's not too super hot so Baby Jack and I can spend a lot of time hanging out on the patio instead of being inside the house. I'd like to go for walks around the neighborhood, go to the coffee shop and the park, stuff like that. MH and I are planni
Depends on how easy this baby is lol. DS was the easiest newborn ever so I feel like I'm going to get the opposite this time. DS will be in daycare part of the week and days he's home I'm hoping to do some day trips with them both (local farms, splash

With my DD being 20 months and DH being a teacher (off summers), we will be taking many trips to the Philly Zoo, day trips to the Delaware beaches, pool days, Philly museums, and walking.
DD was born in October so we fell right into hibernation
Outside as much as possible. My DD will be in school all day so it will just be me and the baby. I also joined a pool so I will be spending most of my time there as well. I am looking foward to spending time with my friends who stay at home, picnicing, a
Sleeping... cleaning my house... shopping. Enjoying pretty weather with new LO, appreciating my ILs coming to help me. Basically all the stuff I can't do when I am working 50+ hours per week.
