Re: Define tired

  • I am usually sleeping about 9 hours a night. I have terrible insomnia, so I usually go to bed when the sky is getting light!
Right now I'm tired but have been taking naps because I can't feel the nausea if I am sleeping.

  • About 10! I don't feel all the symptoms when I'm sleeping, except the cramping and gas occasionally. I'm exhausted at work from about 2:00 on.

  • Somewhere between 810 depends on my work schedule. On morning my fianc and I both have to work were up at 4:30 and I go back to bed for about an hour. On days I work second shift I sleep all day until I have to go in. So more than ten. I'm exhausted. All
  • 8-9 bit that's because LO wakes up at 630ish.  He was sleeping until 8 and that was amazing!

  • 9-10 hours (which is amazing, I normally have insomnia) and i've been spending a lot of additional time laying in bed/on the couch. I tried to go to the movies with DH last night and fell asleep on his shoulder.
  • I'd say between 6-7 although I go to bed at a time that should give me 8-9. I wake up EVERY night to pee, even when I don't drink liquids after 6.
  • Anywhere between 11 and 5 depending in the level of my insomnia... Ugh!

8-9 at night and try to squeeze in a cat nap at lunch or right after work while DH makes dinner ...I love that my DH is the cook in the family now more than ever!
  • During the week it's 9, but on the weekend it's 11-12.

  • I usually turn in for the night when I can no longer take the nausea because I don't feel it when I'm sleeping. So, about 9 hours a night, but I wake up a lot and toss and turn.
TTC since May 2011 "Natural" BFP 1/2/2012 with cp 1/5/2012 5/2012: SA and CD 3 bloodwork perfect 6/2012: Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN 8/2012: HSG all clear. Clomid TI cycle canceled due to thin lining 9/2012: Lap and Hysteroscopy: mild endo, uterine fibroids and septum, and ovarian cyst all removed
  • How much sleep I get does not define how tired I am. I sleep about 8 hours a night. I could sleep way more but I have to get up with my kids. I also could nap for hours in the afternoon if I had the time.

  • I'm guessing I get around 10 hours a day/night and sadly it still doesn't feel like enough
  • 6 to 8 hours depending on how I feel that day. I'll also take a 30 minute to 1 hour nap which I used to never do, when I get home from work. The napping is probably my more prevalent symptom...
  • I sleep between 8-10 hours at night, and I try to sneak in a nap most afternoons, anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  I'm on progesterone, so I'm even more tired than usual.

  • Well our 15month old son still does not STTN, so on a good night...6 or 7hours. A few nights ago I got 3 hours one night as he was awake teething and crying a lot. Yeah this pregnancy I am not getting the luxury of sleeping extra.
