What do you guys think of this?

I came across this article today about establishing a special VBAC court as a way to increase access to VBAC while allaying doctor/hospital concerns about being sued.  I thought it was an interesting idea and not one I had really heard before.  (Ignore the name of the author! haha)

    Thanks for posting. Definitely interesting. I'm not familiar with vaccine courts, but I'm curious how this would work - who would pay- gov or insurance? would the damages amount be predetermined?

    That actually sounds like a good idea and I hate that I'm saying that because I hate Dr. Amy.
