XP: Any LOs with random food allergies?

My LO has had mucous poo (just.straight.mucous.) for two months, and is fussy and uncomfortable after feedings. I've cut out: dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, and nuts. What else can I cut out? Do any of you have LOs with intolerances to something else besides these foods? I'll try anything!

  • My LO had also mucous in his poo. I first though of some stomach virus but it did not improve and after a couple of weeks he started to have diarrhea and pooping 3 or 4 times a day. I called the pediatrician and she suggested to change his formula to soy

  • Noticed it coincided with me eating chocolate ... no longer eating it an she seems to have fewer fussy sessions

  • Have you talked with your pedi? Mucous poop like that and the crying sounds like MSPI. Which means ALL dairy and ALL soy needs to be eliminated. Since both dairy and soy are hidden in a lot of foods.
