Hello! For those of you who are pro-Ferber and have used it, how did you fare with naps?? There is definitely PROGRESS in the last few days, especially when it comes to bed time, but I feel so bad to see her get so upset during the day with naps. Would you share what the "training" process was like for you with naps? How long it took to work- how many naps a day you would put him/her in their crib for for the 30 minute allowed period before taking them out, etc? Would love to hear stories. We have been following the Dr. Sears attachment parenting approach until now but realized she has been missing out on sleep if we have to do something like go to the bathroom, eat, etc. and putting her down from our arms wakes her up. Ferber seems to know what he's talking about!!

I was the same as you (letting her take naps in my arms during the day) before I started the Ferber method. I tried going in every 10 minutes, then 15 minutes. All it seemed to do was escalate my daughter's cries, not calm them. I talked to a frie
