Toothpaste

When can we start using real toothpaste?  My kid's breath stinks.  I think it's because he sucks on his fingers during the night.  The baby stuff just isn't cutting it.

    My oldest is 3.5 years old and not ready for the real stuff yet :(   He doesn't want to spit it out...he likes the taste still and wants to eat it!  So it will be awhile for my kids. at least.
