Anyone with carpal tunnel?

For the past few weeks I have been experiencing numbness in my left hand which leads to a dull ache/pain. After googling (yay, I'm not dying) it seems to fit the description of carpal tunnel. Just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience, since it did mention this is more common during pregnancy. TIA!

Have you tried a wrist brace? I'm looking into one, but wasn't sure if it would really help.

I only get this while I'm pregnant, so I'm guessing it's carpal tunnel - I will be asleep and wake up and my hand(s) will be that asleep tingling feeling. I just have to open and close my fingers into a fist about 15 - 20 times to get the circulatio

I had it bad with DS. My middle two fingers on both hands were numb probably 80% of the time, and I had shooting pains in my wrists whenever I used my thumbs. I had the braces but they didn't help at all, not even when sleeping. For me, it didn't go away

Do you work in an office setting? I get ct in my right hand wrist arm etc and modified my office so it was more ergonomically fit. Def helped!
