I would spell it Haley. I like all of the names, the one I like the most is Elle.

I love Kate. And I think it goes well with B. :

I would spell it Hailey. Haley makes me want to say "Hal ee" for some reason.

I love Kate and Elle. Loovvveeee Elle. If we have another girl, the name I have in mind would start with L and her last name would start with L so Elle would definitely be out and I'm sad about it for reals.

If you go with Kate I bet you'll get a lot of Katie and I feel like with Elle people will say Ella or ask what her "real" name is. I like Alexa or Hailey.

Kate and Alexa are my favorites from your list.

I love the name Elle, but I think right now there are a ton of little Ellie/Ellas running around, and Elle gets lumped in with those. The popularity moves it down the list for me.

I vote Alexa. If you go Hailey, that's the spelling its go with.

If you want people to pronounce Hailey/Haley as "hail-lee" then I'd spell it the first way. If you want people to say "hal-lee" then I'd go with the second spelling. If that makes any sense.
