The boys are log rolling like it is their job and each is doing some very odd pelvic thrusting/ scooting movement (DS1 does it on his tummy and DS2 does it on his back). It's getting a little out of control. They either roll toward each other and try to scratch out eyes/ears/mouths or roll in opposite directions. I NEED to childproof asap!!
Here's what we have done so far/ plan to do soon: Outlet plugs, cabinet locks, gated play area, rubber edge for entertainment center, bolted nursery furniture to wall, door locks for basement/ bathroom doors, stair gates, cord covers, put the trash can away, oven lock, clean off end tables, maybe a plastic cover for the banister openings?
What am I missing? Any product recommendations? I know it is just a matter of time before they start plotting against me, but I figure I can do a little something to reduce the amount of trips to the ER .
Re: Childproofing Must Haves?
Kid.shealth has a checklist. I puppy proofed my home last year and got some better cupboard locks at the hardware store than at BRU in Terms of variety and price.

Get them each a large dog crate. It will save you a fortune on child proofing!
Kidding aside, do your first pass and then invite some friends with older kids and see what they get into.

It sounds to me like you have a great start! I think a lot of what you will need to do will be determined by what you find they get into. And it will always be changing!
It's been hard for us because both of our kids are
