Not V.S. or anything.......perverts .
I'm looking for comfortable underwear for sensitive skin. My DD has a permanent rash around the waistline of her back. I think it's these cheapo character underwear that are rubbing as she's playing. I use aquaphor, which helps a bit, but it's not enough. I was trying to find out where you can get super soft cotton ones that have a thicker covered elastic waist - like Soma for kids or something. Any ideas?

Gap has undies with the elastic 100% covered by fabric. They hold up really well, too.
You can get a slightly cheaper version at Old Navy.
