S/O muffins...great spinach muffin recipe

I have made these a few times for DS and he LOVES them. I think he ate 6 in one day once. I used whole wheat flour instead of white, I cut the sugar to only 1/4 cup and I completely cut out the oil and added more applesauce. There are a hit in our house!

So instead of the 2 tbs oil you used the same amount applesauce? So 1/2 cup + 2 tbs total? I'll give them a try this weekend!
