New Here... feeding issues

Hi all, I have been posting about my DD but as we get farther along it seems that this is where I should be. DD was stuck for my 36 hour labor and had some torticollis issues. Not a big deal but then we realized that she was unable to take a bottle like most babies. She aspirates on the smallest amount of liquid droppered into her cheek so finger feeding and sippy are not an option right now. She seems to have difficulty with the suck swallow reflex. Anyway, we go to have a feeding eval tomorrow to see what is wrong. She has managed to breastfeed but it is difficult and we will have no way of feeding her when I go back to work. She also now had a fear of anything in her mouth so she screams when we try anything. I guess I just wanted to say hi and see if anyone has dealt with anything similar. I am terrified to go back to work and my DH is having a really hard time so the stress is awful.
