Robot vacuum cleaner recs

I hate vacuuming with a passion and I'm trying to convince DH its worth the money. If any of you have one, does it work and how much was it?

    I don't have one, because frankly, we have too much stuff to make it useful.  Cannot wait for a bigger house!!  I have several friends who have gone through the generations of the Roomba and swear by them.

    We have the Mint cleaner. It doesn't vacuum, it sweeps the floor. It does wet and dry, love it! However, our entire first floor is hard wood and tile. I know they do make robotic vacuums that actually suck stuff up. We used to use on at work. They do get
