Does moderate exercise have a negative effect on your milk supply when breastfeeding?
I've heard of waiting 1 hour after exercise to feed or pump, due to lactic acid build up, but that's it.
I'm just asking because a friend of mine was over and said she doesn't want to exercise now after her baby was born because it will ruin her supply. I'm back exercising (running, yoga, and crosstraining mix) after my son was born and really it hasn't had any negative effects... then again, I'm only just under 5 weeks into this whole world called motherhood!
Thoughts or experience with this?

Thanks for the advice - my little guy has INSISTED on eating sometimes right after I've gotten in from a work out and it didn't bother him, but I'd been told to beware of the lactic acid

I never noticed any difference as long as I made sure I was eating and drinking enough. I stopped pumping at a year but I'm still nursing LO now. Just make sure you are replenishing fluids and eating enough.
